from the brewer

Mark Musso has been a brewer at Keuka Brewing Co. since 2010 when he moved back to the area. His beers have been recognized by prestigious awards and have gained attention across the region.

First and foremost, I like making beers that I personally enjoy drinking, knowing that will transfer on to the consumer. I strive to make standout beers through the use of new ingredients, barrel aging programs, mixed fermentations and personal touches on traditional beer styles. - Mark

cream ale series

PUMPKIN CREAM ALE

Our mega-popular Pumpkin Cream Ale has taken the traditional fall favorite to a delicious new level. Brewed with real pumpkin, tasty fall spices and vanilla, this beer is truly pumpkin pie in a glass.

COOKIES AND CREAM ALE

The winter time offering in our Cream Ale series is a decadent milk stout brewed with a wonderful blend of roasted malts that bring out chocolate and toffee notes. Cookies and Cream Ale is then aged on, of course, a ton of sandwich cookies and vanilla.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM ALE

The summer release in our Cream Ale series perfectly marries the delicious flavors of fresh picked strawberries and yummy sweet cream. Strawberries and Cream Ale is a light bodied beer perfect for the warmer months brewed with lactose sugar and aged on heaps of strawberries.

lager beers

PERSTEPHANIE

Named after Persephone the Greek goddess of spring, Perstephanie is a German Kolsch-style beer brewed with German malts and hops plus the addition of local honey lending a gentle sweetness. It pours light golden in color while releasing aromas of German hops and a subdued fruitiness from the specialty yeast.

DOCK BEER

Dock Beer is our American light lager, clean, clear and crisp brewed for long days spent on the dock.

607

Named after our naturally beautiful area code, 607 is a Vienna Style lager, a light amber lager with prominent toasted notes from the specialty German malts.

EL CRISPY

What Mexican lager would be complete without a fresh lime wedge? Well our El Crispy Mexican style lager has the lime already taken care of. It is brewed with a good amount of flaked corn for a light, clean profile. After a long lagering phase we then age it on fresh, in house lime peel and juice giving it a refreshing citrus touch.

hoppy

POLYMORPHIC NEW ENGLAND IPA

This hazy beauty has taken on many different forms after years of experimenting with different types of hops, addition amounts, addition times and methods. Through all those trials we have finally settled on a permanent recipe for our Polymorphic NEIPA. Citra, simcoe, mosaic and Cryo-Pop hops make this beer burst with lingering aromas of citrus, stone fruits and tropical fruits. Polymorphic NEIPA is not overly sweet and always velvety smooth.

NYS PALE ALE

Our pale ale is a New York state labeled beer meaning that it is always made from at least 60% raw materials that were sourced from within our state. Empire base malt and NYS hops combine to make a great tasting, new age pale ale perfect for any occasion.

Hoppy Laker IPA

One of the beers that has been with us since the beginning, our Hoppy Laker is an American style IPA with more piney and floral characteristics along with a well balanced bitterness and malty backbone.

the core series

BRIGLIN ROAD RED

An American style red ale, Briglin Road Red has a more hop forward flavor than a traditional Irish red but still carries a well balanced malt backbone with subtle caramel and toffee notes. One of the original beers that really got Keuka Brewing going.

BLUFF POINT BROWN

This brown ale strikes a perfect balance between roasted malt flavors of chocolate and coffee with the spicy character of English hops. There is a reason that Bluff Point Brown has been one of our most popular beers since we began (not to mention our brewer’s favorite beer).

BLUE CAP WHEAT

We took our classic White Cap Wheat ale and added loads of blueberry and Mosaic hops to create our Blue Cap Wheat. A grain bill made up of a majority of white wheat gives this beer a fuller body and a light color while the blueberries add a pink hue, subtle sweetness and slight tartness.

AFTERBURNER

Our Afterburner habanero blonde ale has gained a bit of a cult following throughout the years. It is brewed with estate grown and house roasted habanero peppers giving this light beer a perfect spicy kick.

sour

GHOST OF RITA

This traditional German style tart beer is made with a touch of smoked malt, coriander, local salt and fresh lime peel to recreate the flavors of a refreshing margarita.

STICKY DRIPS

Our super tasty, fruited pastry sour series inspired by our favorite childhood treat the creamsicle. Look for different variations of this beer including the original orange creamsicle, grape pie, bomb pop and blueberry lemon crunch coat.

darker beers

FAT STACK

One of our most popular dark beer offerings, Fat Stack Maple Pecan Porter is a brewed with biscuit malt, local maple syrup and pecan to recreate the flavors of a stack of pancakes packed into this robust porter.

LOCAL MOCHA

Local Mocha stout is an imperial stout brewed with a complex blend of roasted malts for layers of chocolate and coffee flavors. It is then aged on a decadent blend of local, whole bean coffee, roasted cacao nibs and vanilla that creates the distinct flavor profile of a chocolate covered espresso bean.

DARK LITTLE SECRET

Ssshhh… We’ve got a secret, DLS is our pastry stout series and they are very dark and very delicious. Made with a dizzying amount of grains we max out our mash tun and boil for over 5 hours to get this beer thick and rich with a monstrous ABV. We then age them on various adjuncts to create variants like S’mores, Neapolitan or chocolate peanut butter banana.

barrel aged beers

MURDER

Murder is our classic Briglin Road Red ale aged in rum barrels, bottled and sealed with blood red wax. This beer has wonderful flavors of caramel covered toffee pieces that were rested inside a rum barrel for sometime. Murder, it's our Red Rum - get it?

.OUBLIETTE

Our most beautiful and delicate offering is our Oubliette, a Saison or Belgian style pale ale that was given a long secondary fermentation in our red wine oak puncheons with a Brettanomyces strain. A light golden color, highly effervescent from bottle conditioning with a subtle peppery, fruity funk.

Non Beers

SECOND SATURDAY HARD SELTZER

Our line of hard seltzers is a rotating series that has included flavors like cucumber lime, pineapple mango, pink lemonade, key lime cranberry, tangerine peach and more. The idea behind our Second Saturday hard seltzers was a drink to keep you going on the lake during those long three day weekends. By the time Sunday morning comes, we were looking for a lighter abv beer alternative to keep the weekend rolling. If YOU want to take full advantage of your long weekends, don’t have a Sunday, have a Second Saturday.

TURN COAT NEW YORK STATE HARD CIDER

Once a year, we turn our back on the beer world to make our Turn Coat hard cider. It is made from a beautiful blend of 100% New York State empire, jonagold and honeycrisp apple cider. It is fermented cool then aged on lightly toasted oak for a long time to give it an old school cider flavor profile. After we feel it has reached its peak flavor we back sweeten it to a perfect semi dry finish.
